Suhemi admitted as friends Putu and offered to help the management of the budget in Parliament.

Indra Jaya Suprapto then asked to make a submission letter of DAK that amount is $ 530.7 billion.

During the meeting, Putu promising that DAK will be approved at least Rp 50 billion. Suprapto then asked Putu so that the budget can be added, with the amount ranging between Rp 100 billion to Rp 150 billion.
Putu agreed, and asked to be provided in return for $ 1 billion.
On June 20, 2016, conducted a meeting in the conference room of Road Infrastructure Agency, which was attended by Yogan, Suprapto, Suhemi, Indra Jaya, Suryadi Halim alias Tando, Hamnasri Hamid, and Johandri.
