These Terms of Use "Video Call" on WhatsApp
A32News - After a long awaited, feature video calls (video calls) finally officially present in WhatsApp. The update was started by WhatsApp for users in Indonesia starting on Wednesday (16/11/2016) then.
Users of iOS and Android-based devices in Indonesia can enjoy video call features directly via WhatsApp application on each device.
However, to try out the application, at least there are two conditions that must be considered.
Update apps
To make video calls, both contacts must use the same version of WhatsApp support. If not, then they should update (update) application to the latest version via the Play Store. Otherwise, WhatsApp will display an error message stating the contact has not updated the app.
IOS users already get updates 2:16:17 WhatsApp version that features a new video call. Meanwhile, Android users will find the video call feature via WhatsApp version 2.16.352.

Currently, the application WhatsApp is still able to run on older versions of iOS and Android. For iOS users, WhatsApp application can be used with iOS version 6.0 and above.
As for the Android OS, the version can still run WhatsApp is version 2.1 "Eclair" or newer.
Even so, the video call feature can not work in the two versions of the OS. WhatsApp require users to wear an iPhone with iOS 8 to the top to enjoy the video call feature.
Meanwhile, Android users should at least use a mobile phone running Android 4.1 "Jelly Bean" or newer to use the video call.
