Determination of the Criminal Investigation Police suspect made after limited open his case at Police Headquarters since yesterday, Tuesday (15/11/2016).
"Achieved though not unanimous agreement is dominated by the suggestion that this matter should be resolved in an open court," said Ari Dono Kabareskrim Komjen at Police Headquarters, on Wednesday (16/11/2016).
"Thus, (this case) will be enhanced by the investigation stage by setting brother Tjahaja Basuki Purnama as a suspect," he said.
Ahok declared a suspect under Article 156 of the Code of Penal Code in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph 2 of Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions.
